6Project Scope and Changes

The scope of work will be defined in a separate agreement. Any changes to the scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.

7Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality services but make no warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delaine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

9Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

10Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Delaine reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
