Client Overview
Galinia AI is a therapeutic healthcare platform that blends music therapy with AI-driven insights to support mental wellness and emotional balance. Users complete guided sessions, and the platform adjusts music and prompts in real time based on mood tracking and feedback. Galinia AI came to Delaine Tech needing an architecture that could meet healthcare data compliance requirements while keeping session personalization fast enough to feel responsive rather than clinical.

The Challenge
The mood-tracking model took several seconds to process, so recommendations arrived after the moment they were meant for had passed.
User data wasn't encrypted at rest, which blocked partnerships with healthcare providers that required compliance.
The session player froze on older Android devices during longer tracks.
Our Solution
Edge-inference mood analysis: moved processing closer to the device, cutting recommendation time from several seconds to near-instant.
End-to-end encryption and audit logging: implemented to meet healthcare data compliance requirements ahead of new partnerships.
Rebuilt audio player: added adaptive buffering that resolved playback issues across device types, including older Android hardware.
Technologies We Use
Impact
44%
Increase in session engagement.
37%
Reduction in mood-tracking latency.
100%
Data compliance readiness achieved.
29%
Growth in weekly active users.
Compliance and speed usually pull in opposite directions, and we needed both. Delaine got our data architecture to a place where we could talk to healthcare partners with confidence, and they did it without slowing down the part of the product that actually matters, how a session feels in the moment.
